I found this on the e-mail notice board, aimed to all the people and families working and living in the 'Reliance Greens'. As you will see, it is so very ripe with Indian culture ... I cannot believe I didn't find it until now!

The world today is in the devastating grip of madness for War, Terrorism, Pollution and all sorts of evils.
The prevalent evil forces may also lead to the destructive events in the world, as foretold by the astrologers within and outside the country. The saints of this country have, however been assuring that, if collective and the organised efforts of worshipping GOD are taken up, the new era also may dawn from amidst ill-time.

Based on this assurance the great saint of our times, the founder of mission Gayatri Parivar and worshipper of goddess GAYATRI, Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya initiated worldwide Sadhana Anusthan in 1989 running for 12 years i.e. up to 2000 AD. 24000 worshippers started this JAP campaign called YUGRISHI MAHAPURASHCHARAN. By 1995, 24 Lacs worshippers joined this Worldwide "World Welfare religious campaign" and by 2001, 24 Crores people would have joined.

ANUSTHAN OF BILLIONS OF CRORES
During the 12 years long worshipping period, indefinite amount of Mantra Urja at the rate of 11 per worshipper god ignited. In order that this energy became benevolent in its microform for the entire world, the conclusion in five stages of this Anusthan was planned.

In this first stage, the country wise prayer through DEEP YAGNA was held on 03-12-1999 which many of them had taken part which was held in our civic centre. In the second stage a Prayer through another DEEP YAGNA at the various places throughout the world was conducted for "Wiser counsel and Bright future" for one and all. "SABKO SADBUDDHI SABKO UJJAWAL BHAVISHYA". This YAGNA will be of tremendous benefit and its micro energy will destroy the evil forces, as Crores of worshippers generated Mantra energy and integrated this energy into its most microform. It is therefore, requested that each one of us irrespective of caste and creed may take part in this DEEP YAGNA, perform UPASANA everyday and give your time, intelligence and money to some extent for this large scale welfare work.

For the large scale DEEP YAGNA to be held on 11th June 2000 (GAYATRI JAYANTI DAY), the bright and talented men and women of the society will be called upon to work for the renaissance in the country.

PILGRIMAGE
The people of this country in Villages & Cities will be invited through leaflets and Yellow rice grains to take part in the MAHA PURNAHUTI. This will be held at Shantikunj - Hardwar during the 2nd week of November - 2000. Those who attend will be benefited.

THE DIVINE PILGRIMAGE POT (KALASH)
There will be a divine KALASH in the Chariot of National awareness Tirthayatra (Rashtriya Jagaran Tirthyatra Rath) containing sacred Ganga water from the Gomukh and soil from various pilgrim centres. The journey of this KALASH had begun from the HIMALAYAS and passing through the number of pilgrims on the way and by the time it reaches to the destination it will go on acquiring divine energy of various pilgrimage places. The worship and sight of KALASH will also impart divine energy. Oh! Patriotic men and women of this country let us put collective and divine endeavours for reconstructing our country.

There will be totally 240 such Rath Yatras all over the Country. In Gujarat there are 5 such Rath Yatras, which have already begun and they would be reaching to every village, taluka and city of the state. The routes have been decided, to see that they are all moving around in various districts. The National awakening Pilgrimage at our area had commenced from DWARKA in presence of various saints on 19-02-2000 at 10 A.M. and is moving about to every Village and Taluka of the 4 districts viz. Jamnagar, Rajkot, Surendranagar and Kutchch.

Presently, all are requested to avail this opportunity to see this KALASH and join your feelings, by this method of Mass Awakening, in being present, at around 7.00 PM on 05-03-2000 (Sunday) at the RadheShyam Temple in our Township.
